About Coach Ortelli
Tim Ortelli has coached basketball at the collegiate and high school level, as well as the famed Five Star Basketball Camp, for the past 19 years. He has been the Bridgewater-Raritan Regional High School Varsity Boy's Basketball Head Coach since the 1993-94 Season.
Under his direction, The Panthers have achieved the following:
- 75% winning percentage
- 7 Somerset County Championships
- 6 Skyland Conference Championships
- 4 Consecutive Central Jersey Group IV State Championship games (1998 - 2001)
- 2 Consecutive Central Jersey Group IV State Championships (2000 & 2001)
- North Jersey Section 2 Group IV State Championship (2005)
Professionally, Coach Ortelli has been awarded with the following:
- 2007 NJSIAA Coaching Hall of Fame inductee
- National Federation Coaches Assoc. State Coach of the Year (2000-2001)
- WCTC Central New Jersey Coach of the Year (1999-'00, 2000-2001)
- Courier News Central New Jersey Coach of the Year (1994-'95, 2000-2001)
- County Coach of the Year (1994-1995, 1997-1998, 1999-2000, 2000-2001)
- 4 NBA Coaching Championships at Five-Star Basketball Camp
Professionally, Coach Ortelli has been awarded with the following:
